The off-season is officially here for Penn State. Recruiting and a spring practice schedule is now in the books and that means it is time to officially look forward to the 2013 season. After the Blue White Game this past weekend, I think there are some reasons to feel optimistic about the upcoming season. Central Florida scored a victory against the NCAA. The Golden Knights will be eligible for postseason play this year after winning an appeal against a one-year postseason ban. The timing is great for the school and The American. Penn State hosts Central Florida this September.
