Video: Bill O’Brien introduces staff, addresses fans

Penn State opened up their morning practice session to the media this morning, and Bill O’Brien formally announced the hiring of quarterback coach Charlie Fisher, who previously worked with Jay Cutler at Vanderbilt and was an offensive assistant at Temple for a couple years under Bobby Wallace (but we’ll try to let that one go). Yesterday, at the Bryce Jordan Center during halftime of Penn State’s win against Iowa, O’Brien took the opportunity to address the fans, some holding up signs spelling out “WE BILLIEVE.”
