Big Ten games in early September? It’s happened before, but ESPN.com’s Adam Rittenberg says it could be a possibility in the future if schools decide to move games up in their schedule. I personally like the idea and see no real problems with it. It gives fans a meaningful game in September and opens the door for a possible late season non-conference match-up. Penn State kicked off their Penn State Caravan in th Philadelphia area on Monday. You can catch Bill O’Brien’s Philadelphia media session and Drexel Hill joint press conference, as well as a brief reaction from Adam Taliaferro. Philadelphia’s ABC affiliate (WPVI, 6 ABC) did a feature story on O’Brien for the evening news. While in the area, O’Brien also spoke to Comcast Sportsnet in Philadelphia.
